Prospects MTF

As of 2016, the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE) introduced Prospects, a cost-effective scheme designed specifically for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) to access the capital markets.

Prospects is regulated as a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), with admission granted by the Malta Stock Exchange

Prospects MTF offers an opportunity for local and foreign SMEs to raise up to €8 million by issue through the issuance of new shares, sale of existing shares or issuance of a corporate bond.

BEAT Capital Limited is a company forming part of the BEAT Group of Companies and has been admitted as a Corporate Advisor by the MSE. In offering its services as a Corporate Advisor, BEAT Capital applies quality assurance processes and maintains high ethical standards to ensure compliance with the requirements relating to conflicts of interests as imposed by the Prospects MTF Rules and applicable legislation.
