Aviation Organisational Structural Reform

In the wake of anticipated competition, an organisation involved in the distribution of aviation fuel wanted to restructure its operations to improve its level of service delivery to airlines, in order to minimise their aircraft’s time on the apron whilst reducing the total cost of operation. As part of the process, BEAT was requested to develop a new organisation structure and undertake appropriate discussions with the relevant Trade Union to negotiate an appropriate Side Agreement

Organisation Design – Airline

A national airline was undergoing a major change programme.  In view of this, senior management felt that their current organisation structure was not appropriate to suit the new circumstances of its operations. Towards this end, the Airline requested BEAT to assist in the process.

Automotive Repair Organisational Reform

A company involved in the building, construction and contracting industry wanted to reform the current structure and work practices of its in-house automotive repair function.  BEAT was requested to assist in the process.

Energy Organisational Structural Reform

A local Energy Generation Provider wanted to undertake a complete reform of its Generation Section.  BEAT was requested to facilitate the reform process and formulate a Side Agreement with the relevant Trade Union.
